The Pearl House in Bay Harbor Islands Florida is a seven story building found within the eastern island near its northern side. It is the first American project by the Verzasca Group developer, with Frankel Benayoun Architects, Inc. overseeing the building architecture. The building has fifteen units available with 1,440 to 2,259 square feet of living area and in various configurations.
Most of the Pearl House condo's amenities are found on the rooftop and include a swimming pool with low depth areas so you can relax and sunbathe, a jacuzzi, areas for enjoying a barbecue and al fresco dining areas. If you happen to have an electric vehicle you can also make use of charging stations. Many of the Pearl House units come decorator ready and are available with two, three or four bedrooms. Features include walk-in closets, private terraces and summer kitchens in the penthouse, European bathrooms and more.
Next door to Bay Harbor Islands and Pearl House is the village of Bal Harbour, home to the Bal Harbour Shops which features an assortment of stores and boutiques by some of the most widely acclaimed and respected names in high end fashion. The town of Surfside is also nearby and you'll find Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach to the northeast and southeast, respectively. The city of Miami is west of Pearl House.
